Terms of Service

By accessing or using Doxxo, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

Doxxo is a credit-based file processing platform that provides the following services:

• •PDF to Excel: Extract tables from PDF documents and convert them to CSV/Excel format
• •Image Compression: Reduce image file sizes while preserving visual quality
• •PDF Merge: Combine multiple PDF files into a single document
• •Document Summarization: Generate AI-powered summaries of documents and text
• •OCR (Text Extraction): Extract readable text from images using AI vision

Services are provided on a pay-per-use basis using credits purchased in advance.

Credit Packages: Credits are sold in packages and are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable law.

Credit Deduction: Credits are deducted automatically when a service is successfully initiated. If a service fails due to a technical error on our part, credits will be refunded to your account.

Pricing: Credit prices are displayed clearly on the platform and may change with reasonable notice. Existing purchased credits are not affected by price changes.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely by Moyasar. We do not store your payment card details.

Expiry: Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

You agree not to use Doxxo to:

• •Upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• •Process files containing illegal content (e.g., child exploitation material, content that violates intellectual property rights)
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's APIs
• •Use automated scripts to exceed normal usage patterns
• •Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
• •Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your Files Remain Yours: You retain full ownership of all files you upload. By uploading files, you grant Doxxo a limited, temporary license to process them solely for the purpose of providing the requested service.

No Permanent Storage: Original uploaded files are not stored after processing. Output files are retained for 7 days for your download convenience, then permanently deleted.

No Training Use: We do not use your file content to train AI models or for any purpose other than providing the service you requested.

The Doxxo platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Doxxo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

You retain all intellectual property rights to the content of files you upload and process.

Doxxo provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• •We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI-powered services (OCR, summarization, PDF extraction)
• •We are not liable for data loss resulting from file processing errors
• •Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of credits you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your original files.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data and operation history will be permanently removed. Unused credits are non-refundable upon voluntary account deletion.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
